Why hire a psychologist for life coaching?
A psychologist is an expert in human behavior. They've undergone years of training, supervision, and clinical experience. They understand the way the mind and emotions work, and can leverage their expertise in human psychology to facilitate powerful and meaningful change.
There are zero requirements for someone to call themselves a life coach. Unfortunately this means many coaches lack education and training when working with individuals.
