What Are You Waiting For?

Did you know that the average length of time that people wait to seek mental health treatment is 10 years?  Sadly, people wait years and years before taking any steps to improve their lives, or maybe they start, but they do not truly commit to change.

 

… My question for you today is: Are you delaying improving your life, and if you are, what are you waiting for?

 

Do not delay any longer.  Life is about being happy today in the present moment.  Do not let your happiness be contingent upon an event in the future that may or may not happen.  Do not let your happiness ride in the hands of other people.  Do not let your happiness be based upon things that are not in your control. 

Finding internal peace is up to you, and no one else.  You have the right to enjoy your life!!
