GET TO KNOW lindsay…

  • My father is a clinical psychologist, and I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be just like him when I grew up. You could say psychology is in my DNA. Understanding how and why humans are the way that they are, and helping them live the best life possible and overcome challenges is my absolute passion. I believe that life is a gift, and I want to help people make the most of it.

I majored in psychology at St. Lawrence University, and then went on to get my M.S. and Psy.D. at St John’s University in Queens, NY.

I can say with certainty that I hit the jackpot when I was accepted to a highly prestigious internship at the Albert Ellis Institute in Manhattan. I learned from the best, and became certified in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) while interning there. It’s truly one of the best internships a psychologist in training can get, but it wasn’t until a decade later that I really understood how unbelievable this experience was for me. Studying and applying Albert Ellis’ work not only shaped me as a practitioner, but changed my personal life philosophy. Stoicism has a huge influence on how I go about life.

I worked for nearly a decade as a school psychologist performing therapy, assessments, behavior plans, and consultations with teachers and other professionals. I also worked in a small group private practice as a clinical psychologist where I worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Areas of specialty are REBT and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), performance optimization, stress management and anxiety reduction, overcoming procrastination and perfection, ADHD, health and sports psychology, and coaching.

I take a holistic approach when working with clients, having certifications in both health coaching and yoga.

Entering the coaching world was a natural progression for me. Psychologists tend to focus on the pathology side of life, but I have always been drawn to the optimization and flourishing side of human nature. I therefore use all of my skillsets to help people reach their full potential, achieve their goals, and create a highly satisfying life.

  • From an outside perspective, it might seem strange that I’m a doctor of psychology who also shares art, and distributes water ionizers (in addition to other affiliate marketing). But everything I do is 100% aligned with who I am, what I value, and supports my ideal lifestyle. Everything I do makes me better, and brings me joy, so I refuse to choose just one!

  • I moved to Florida from the north east (born and raised in NY and lived and worked in NH for seven years). After dreaming about living somewhere warm where we could play in water year round, we moved to Florida. I’m obsessed with the Gulf of Mexico, waterskiing in the nearby ski lakes, paddle boarding and walking along the bay right down the road from me, and taking adventures to the crystal clear Florida springs as often as possible! I love my gulf coast lifestyle. The beauty here inspires my art and photography.

  • I’m a wife, boy mom, and fur mom. I love caring for my family. When I first became a mom I quit my job to raise him full time. This is what launched my entrepreneurial journey. He was my “why.” I also am a plant mom. If you’re one, too, you know what I’m talking about. Gotta have all the plants.

  • My business is an extension of who I am. While my focus is to help others create fulfilling lives, achieve optimal health and performance, and create a lifestyle they love, this is also how I personally live. My life philosophies guide me professionally and personally, which makes me better at what I do in all aspects.

  • I grew up in the lakes and mountains, attended a sports academy from 8th-12th grade, and competed in Alpine skiing. I later on began a certified yoga teacher and compleed a holistic health coaching program. I love working out, biohacking, and all things healthy and holistic living. I train hard to be the best waterskier possible, even though I’ve gotten into the sport later in life! It’s made me a better human. :)
