water wellness series part 4: research

Hello!

Welcome back to the water wellness series!! If you missed part 3, you can find it here.

There are currently over 1000+ studies demonstrating the health benefits of molecular hydrogen (H2) on nearly every organ, as well as the therapeutic effects of H2 on common diseases and illnesses that plagues humans, including cancer. Okay, stick with me… I know research can feel painfully boring, but this is information everyone needs to know. Taking responsibility for your health is one of the most empowering things you can do. And as we have learned earlier on in this series, your water plays a huge role in your overall health and wellbeing.

With that said, instead of giving you a lesson on the research, I am going to teach you exactly how to access the research yourself. A google search will simply show ads and company’s marketing campaigns. That’s no good. We want unbiased research.

But first, how is it possible that molecular hydrogen has so much therapeutic potential?

Because at it’s root, it reduces inflammation, heals and protects oxidative damage, reduces DNA damage, and supports the immune system. Most diseases and chronic illnesses are caused by inflammation and oxidative damage.

As mentioned above, the absolute worst way to do research is with a google search! If you want real research (and you do), check out PubMed or Google Scholor and type in the following: “electrolyzed reduced water”, “molecular hydrogen”, “ionized water” and whatever illness or organ you would like to know more about.

And now I’m going to share with you a handful of research demonstrating the therapeutic potential of molecular hydrogen. From anxiety, to mood, stress, PCOS, cancer, diabetes, and more.

And there you have it! The therapeutic potential of this water is so exciting and promising. Most “healthy” habits can be hard to upkeep, but since you have to drink water anyway to live, why not turn that water into something that is going to potentially heal and protect your longterm health?

If you have questions, drop me a comment below. I’m so happy to help you.

With love,

Lindsay
