I offer private one-to-one mentorship for people who want to live and work more creatively—not in the artistic sense alone, but in how they make decisions, relate to time, trust themselves, and shape their lives. Many of the people I work with are creatives, business owners, or professionals in transition. Others simply are tired of being stuck in noise, urgency, or over-efforting.
This work is not about becoming someone new— but about returning to what’s already there.
mentorship
what this work is:
This is focused one-to-one mentorship rooted in reflection, discernment, and real-life application.
While this work is not formulaic or program-based, it is intentional and directional. Each session is shaped by what matters most in your life or work right now — with an emphasis on clarity, alignment, and forward movement that actually fits you.
Together, we work to:
• slow down without stagnating;
• clarify what’s true beneath noise, urgency, or over-efforting;
• untangle patterns that are no longer aligned;
• rebuild trust in your own judgment and timing;
• make decisions from a place of steadiness rather than pressure.
I draw from psychology, lived experience, and years of working closely with people during periods of transition, burnout, creative reorientation, and vocational change.
This is not about optimizing your life or pushing toward an external ideal — but about learning how to live and work in ways that are sustainable, coherent, and genuinely your own.
the rhythm
Most people meet with me for 60-minute sessions via Zoom. Some begin with a single session; many choose to work together over a period of 3–6 months, moving month-to-month without long-term contracts.
While there is no preset curriculum, the work unfolds within a clear container. We identify what you are navigating, what feels stuck or misaligned, and what wants to change — then return to these threads over time so insight becomes lived, not just understood.
Between sessions, optional voice notes or brief check-ins are available to support integration as the work meets your actual life.
This is a relationship, not a program — but it is one oriented toward clarity, movement, and meaningful change.
What this isn’t:
traditional therapy (though my training as a psychologist deeply informs how I listen and work).
performance coaching, productivity optimization, or funnel-based mentorship.
about curating a life that just looks good online.
a short-term fix or mindset hack.
This work is for people who want to live awake, work honestly, and make choices that are internally coherent — even when that means moving more slowly or differently than expected.
If this spoke to you—let’s talk.
