as of 9/2/25, I have space for only one new client. please reach out if you want the last spot!
This is a mentorship space for people who want to live differently—who are ready to reclaim their rhythm, realign with nature, restore the nervous system, and build a life that feels like art.
Together, we explore the deep work of being fully alive.
It’s not a course. It’s not a mastermind.
It’s part support, part reflection, part integration.
A space for realignment—where the work is deep, and the shifts are lasting.
We explore what it means to live well in a world that constantly pulls you out of yourself (into noise, pressure, and performance).
Together, we move through:
Belief repair and nervous system healing
Nature connection and seasonal rhythm restoration
Business and creative work that honors biology, not burnout
Living with clarity, creativity, and sovereignty
This is the grounded art of living—
Not about performing or optimizing, but about building a life that actually fits.
A life that supports your nervous system, your purpose, and your presence.
If you’re in a season of change, if you’re craving alignment over achievement—this is for you.
the rhythm
This mentorship is for those ready to shift their inner landscape, not just their outer life.
What’s included:
Four private 60 minute sessions per month (via Zoom or call)
WhatsApp access between sessions for voice notes, check-ins, and calibration (this is encouraged)
Full access to all of my digital guides and offerings, including:
→ The Aligned Rest Guide
→ The Forgotten Medicine of LightA personalized experience grounded in psychology, biology, life design, and nervous system alignment
A relationship—not a program. This isn’t rinse-and-repeat work. It’s responsive, real, and rooted in your actual life.
Already purchased a guide or course? That cost is applied to your first month of mentorship.
Most clients stay for 3–6 months to build real momentum—but there’s no formal commitment. This is a month-to-month container designed for depth, trust, and traction.
Space is intentionally limited to ensure depth. This is my most hands-on offer.
This is for you if…
You’re high-functioning, but you’re tired of holding it all together.
You’re not in crisis—but you’re on the edge of something new.
You’ve outgrown the old strategies: the pushing, the performing, the pretending.
You’re ready to soften, to reorient, to feel like yourself again.
You want nervous system support, belief repair, and a way of living that feels honest—like coming home.
If this spoke to you—let’s talk.
I work with a limited number of clients in this mentorship container.
The application helps ensure this space is the right fit for both of us.
You're not here by accident. You're not just skimming—you're seeking.
Not another hack. Not another short-term fix.
You're ready for support that meets you where you are—
and helps you move forward with clarity, strength, and alignment.
If you’re done circling the same questions—apply.
Let’s walk the next step together.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No—this is mentorship. While I hold a doctorate in psychology and am a licensed psychologist, this container is not clinical or diagnostic. We don’t treat mental health conditions here. This space is future-focused, integrative, and designed for growth, nervous system alignment, belief repair, and real-life recalibration.
(And yes, my clients sign a clear agreement that outlines this.)
Can I work with you if I’ve done therapy or coaching before?
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me after working with coaches or therapists—and find that this container finally integrates the missing pieces: biology, belief, rhythm, and real-life design/alignment.
How often do we meet?
We meet weekly for private 60-minute sessions via Zoom. (Yes—phone sessions are available if preferred.) Between sessions, we stay connected via WhatsApp for voice notes, check-ins, and integration support. This rhythm supports real traction—without overwhelm.
Why isn’t the price listed?
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a personalized mentorship experience, and I work with a limited number of clients at a time. The application process helps ensure this is the right fit before we talk details. If it’s a match, I’ll walk you through next steps—including investment.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready for a longer commitment?
If you’re curious but not ready to fully commit, you may be a good fit for a one-time 75-minute session.
These are offered on a limited basis and give you a chance to experience the work before stepping into deeper mentorship.
What if I’ve already purchased one of your guides or your course?
Beautiful—your payment will be applied toward your first month of mentorship.
Can I keep working with you after the first month?
Yes—most clients do. I recommend 3–6 months of consistent work together to lay a strong foundation, and I offer ongoing support beyond that.
There’s no long-term contract, but this isn’t a quick-fix space either. The structure can evolve based on your needs—whether that means continuing weekly, shifting to a different rhythm, or checking in as life unfolds. This is an individual process, not a factory.
Once you’re in, you’re in—for as long as the work feels meaningful.
Can I work with you on business or career decisions?
Absolutely. Many clients come to me when something in their work no longer fits—burnout, misalignment, or simply a deeper call they can’t ignore. This space supports entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who want to reimagine how they work: with less hustle, more clarity, and a rhythm that actually feels good. We look at your nervous system, your beliefs, your biology—and how your business or career can align with all three.
Can you help me with life design?
Yes—and it’s one of my favorite things to support. Life design isn’t about optimizing every moment. It’s about building a life that actually feels like yours. Together, we explore what you truly value, how you want to feel, and how to create structure that supports it—without rigidity or performance. This is about clarity, rhythm, sovereignty, and reclaiming how you move through the world.
