What’s included:

  • Sessions: 60 minutes via Zoom. (One-time sessions available if you’re curious before committing.)

  • Integration: Ongoing support between sessions through voice notes + check-ins — a thread to keep the work alive.

  • Length: Most people work with me for 3–6 months, but there’s no long-term contract, or being locked in. We go from month to month at a time, and move as long as it feels meaningful.

  • A relationship—not a program. This isn’t rinse-and-repeat work. It’s responsive, real, and rooted in your actual life.

What this isn’t:

  • It’s not traditional therapy (though my training as a psychologist deeply informs it).

  • It’s not performance coaching or a funnel.

  • It’s not about a life that just looks good on social media.

  • It’s not another short-term hack.

This is mentorship my way: a slower, deeper recalibration for people who want to live awake.
