I guide modern lives back to nature, rest, and what really matters.
My work moves between words and images— simple guides, film and digital; photography, and reflections from the field—all shaped by the same rhythm: slowing down enough to see.
I didn’t always live this way—years in the hustle taught me urgency. Relearning rhythm taught me peace.
What I make:
- Guides that support calm, nature-rooted living.
- Notes from the Field (monthly letters with photos and tiny practices).
- Prints and visual stories from coastlines, springs, and mountains.
- Mentorship (limited spots) for those who want a steadier life.
Fun facts:
- Wife, mom, and thoroughly obsessed with my dog, Rossi.
- Water-skier, shell finder, old-film-camera lover; known to pause for mushrooms and sea treasures.
- Favorite foods: ribeye, raw milk, and sushi.
- I love to cook, thrift, have a ridiculous amount of plants, and grow wildflowers.
- Have been renovating a skoolie for a few years now… slowly. This may be the year it’s done. :)
- I take coffee seriously and look forward to it every morning—raw cream, collagen, and organic turbinado, please.
