GET TO KNOW lindsay…

  • My father is a clinical psychologist, and from a young age, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps. You could say psychology is in my DNA. I’ve always been passionate about understanding what makes us who we are and helping people live their best lives, overcome challenges, and unlock their potential. For me, life is a gift, and I’m committed to helping others make the most of it.

I began my journey in psychology at St. Lawrence University, earned my M.S. and Psy.D. at St. John’s University in Queens, NY, and was fortunate to complete a highly prestigious internship at the Albert Ellis Institute in Manhattan. Learning from the pioneers of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the institute was transformative—not only for my career but for my life philosophy. Stoicism and Ellis’ work became a guiding influence, shaping how I approach challenges and personal growth.

After nearly a decade as a school psychologist, where I worked on therapy, assessments, behavior plans, and consultations, I joined a small private practice, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My experience spans a variety of areas, including REBT, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), stress management, anxiety reduction, performance optimization, ADHD, and health and sports psychology.

What sets my approach apart is my commitment to seeing the whole person. Alongside my psychology training, I am also a certified health coach and yoga teacher. This holistic foundation allows me to integrate mind, body, and life design into my work, focusing not only on overcoming obstacles but on fostering true alignment and thriving.

Moving into the coaching world was a natural progression for me. While traditional psychology often focuses on problems, I’ve always been drawn to the side of human nature that seeks growth and flourishing. My approach goes beyond high performance, guiding clients toward a life that’s deeply fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with their true selves.

  • Sharing my art is a way to connect deeply with others and express what truly matters to me. My photos are crafted to bring the calming beauty of nature into everyday spaces, offering a brief but powerful reminder to pause, breathe, and appreciate life’s simple wonders. Each piece invites viewers to immerse themselves in nature, fostering a sense of mindful presence while also promoting the importance of conservation and protecting our natural world.

  • Originally from the Northeast, I was born and raised in New York and spent seven years living and working in New Hampshire. After years of dreaming about a life in a warm climate where we could connect with water year-round, we made the move to Florida. The Gulf Coast has become my sanctuary—a place where I can fully embrace the lifestyle I’d always imagined.

I’m passionate about waterskiing on the nearby ski lakes, paddleboarding and walking along the bay just down the road, and exploring the crystal-clear Florida springs as often as possible. Living here allows me to stay connected to nature, infusing my days with the tranquility and inspiration that fuel both my life and my work.

  • Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m a wife, a boy mom, and a fur mom, deeply committed to creating a life that honors our shared values. When I became a mom, I chose to leave my job to raise my son full-time—a decision some warned would be “career suicide.” Instead, it became the opposite: it sparked innovation, gave me space to think outside the system, and launched my entrepreneurial journey. My son became my “why,” inspiring me to build a life of purpose, connection, and intention.

I’m also a proud plant mom, filling our home with greenery that brings nature’s beauty indoors. Plants serve as a reminder to nurture, grow, and stay connected to what truly matters.

  • My business is an extension of who I am, grounded in the same principles I live by every day. Just as I guide others in designing fulfilling, balanced lives, I’m committed to living in alignment with these values myself. My philosophy of the art of living shapes everything I do—professionally and personally. This isn’t just a career; it’s a way of life. Practicing what I teach allows me to show up authentically for my clients, bringing both wisdom and real-life experience to my work.

By mastering my own mind, prioritizing aligned rest, and embracing a life of purpose, I continually deepen my understanding of the very principles I help others cultivate. This ongoing journey makes me a more effective, grounded, and empathetic guide.

  • Growing up among lakes and mountains, I developed a love for nature, sports, and pushing my limits early on. I attended a sports academy from 8th to 12th grade, competing in Alpine skiing—a formative experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work. Later, I became a certified yoga teacher and completed a holistic health coaching program, expanding my approach to wellness and cultivating a lifestyle rooted in balance and intention.

Today, I’m passionate about fitness, biohacking, and all things healthy and holistic living. I train hard to be the best waterskier I can be, embracing this sport later in life as a powerful source of growth, humility, and joy. Waterskiing, along with my dedication to health and fitness, has made me a stronger, more resilient person—qualities I bring into every aspect of my life and work.

MY LIFE/WORK APPROACH

Rational Emotive Behavior Coaching (REBC): Grounded in both modern psychology and timeless wisdom, Rational Emotive Behavior Coaching is central to my work. This approach empowers clients to reshape limiting beliefs, fostering resilience, emotional clarity, and confidence. Through REBC, growth becomes a continuous journey—much like nature’s cycles—where challenges transform into opportunities for self-mastery.

Aligned Rest for True Growth: In a world that glorifies constant hustle, Aligned Rest is a forgotten art. True rest goes beyond sleep—it’s about recharging the mind, body, and spirit in alignment with our truest selves. Inspired by nature’s rhythms, I guide clients in embracing purposeful rest, redefining success as a balance between doing and being, creating sustainable, energized living.

The Art of Living: The art of living is my guiding philosophy—a practice of cultivating a life of presence, balance, and growth. Rooted in ancient wisdom and adapted for the modern world, this approach is about creating harmony within and embracing continuous growth. Practicing the art of living means connecting daily actions to a meaningful whole, much like how every part of nature contributes to the larger ecosystem. It’s a way of living with depth, curiosity, and purpose.

Practical Life Design: Practical life design is a proactive, holistic approach to creating a life aligned with your values and purpose. Together, we design a vision grounded in your unique potential and build actionable steps to bring it to life. Like nature, this process is iterative and adaptive, helping you navigate challenges while cultivating clarity, resilience, and joy.

Nature: Timeless Wisdom for Modern Living: Nature serves as both a guiding framework and a restorative practice in my work. Its cycles—of growth, rest, and renewal—offer profound lessons for living with balance and intention. By integrating nature-inspired practices like forest bathing, grounding, and observing natural rhythms, I help clients reconnect with themselves and find alignment in their daily lives. Nature’s timeless wisdom reminds us to slow down, trust the process, and thrive in harmony with life’s natural flow.
