Through photographs, simple guides, and gentle mentorship, I help people slow down and live in rhythm with their nervous system.

I didn’t always live this way—years in the hustle taught me urgency. Relearning rhythm taught me peace.

  • Favorite foods: ribeye, raw milk, and sushi.

  • I love to cook, thrift, have a ridiculous amount of plants, and grow wildflowers.

  • Have been renovating a skoolie for a few years now… slowly. This may be the year it’s done. :)

  • I take coffee seriously and look forward to it every morning—raw cream, collagen, and organic turbinado, please.
