My Daily Green
I have been drinking green juice for about ten years. I actually wrote a blog post on it way back in 2014 when I knew nothing about blogging or even the deeper benefits of drinking green juice that I am going to share below. (You can find that old post here). After becoming a mama, I became less consistent with my daily juice because #momlife. I recently began to notice that I didn’t quite feel like my energetic and lean self despite eating organic foods, doing all the things, getting more sleep, and so forth. Some people would say that’s just because of being a tired mom, or being well into my 30s, or some other nonsense about getting older and slowing down, but I know better than that. I needed to up my game, and come back to what works.
Enter, my daily green juice. 32 ounces of liquid sunshine. Kale, cilantro, romaine, cucumbers, apple, lemon, and ginger. Just run it through the juicer and strain again in a nut milk bag to remove any lingering pulp, and enjoy. I drink it mid-late morning typically to break my fast since last night’s dinner when I typically first begin to feel hungry.
PHYSICAL BENEFITS
Green juice is the easiest way to flood your body with live enzymes. We are living beings, and our bodies need raw veggies, especially green chlorophyll rich leaves, to remain vibrant. Live enzymes have the ability to go in and clean out our cells, acting like a magnet for removing the waste we have accumulated from shitty foods, toxins, stress, and poor lifestyle habits. Green juices are incredible at providing oxygen to the cells, vitamins and minerals, and alkalizing the body. It also provides us with optimal nutrition without having to do any digestion. Or body gets a much needed break. Side effects of daily green juice are increased energy, feeling lighter and happier, clearer skin, and high vibes!
YOUR ENERGY BODY + HIGH VIBES
Matter is 99% space. Isn’t that crazy to think about? Most of an atom is empty space. In that space is vibrating energy, and every single thing that exists has this vibrating energy. This vibrating pulse effects not only what something is, but also what goes on around them. Life force energy vibrates higher than things with low life force. A plant is going to vibrate higher than a soccer ball. Kale is going to vibrate higher than pizza. And human beings, we are designed to have a high vibration of somewhere between 60-80 megahertz). If we feed our high vibrational body with low vibrational or dead substances we lower our vibrations and energy with it. Modern living does a lot of this, and accepts it as “normal.” The standard American diet combined with the standard American lifestyle is a vicious cycle of this.
Your high vibe energy body is not sustained by the “normal” nutritional requirements we typically think of… vitamins, minerals, proteins, calories, and so forth. Things like white bread, cookies, processed/synthetic foods, refined substances and so forth are dense and do not support our energy body. Our energy body is sustained by life force energy, and our physical body is a mirror of our energy body. High life force foods supports both our energetic and physical body, thus healing and harmonizing our systems, leading us to feeling full of joy, creativity, inspiration, and in good health.
High vibe life force foods are made in the sun, and chlorophyll is abundant with life force. Breathing in fresh air, taking in sunlight, drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and eating raw plants are the highest vibrating substances that are meant to provide your body with all that it needs. Green juice is like an IV of life force energy to the body.
