I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on how much I’ve evolved since this time last year, as the closing of a calendar year feels like a perfect time to do so. 2019 has been a year of growth for me, mentally and spiritually, and I want to share a bit about that before I dive into the next post— my 2020 intentions. I feel like a new person, perceptions have transformed, and my purpose has become clear.
