Yoga ON the Mat

Before I had Bodie I practiced yoga almost daily. Some practices were hard and vigorous, while others were slow and restorative. My little man turns 9 months next week, and I've learned how to have a solid home practice with him by my side (or on me). With flexibility you can have a killer and satisfying practice, and even bond with your little one!
