Hey guys,
I got home last weekend after ten days in central Florida with family. While it was a great trip, I was also really happy to come home. We were on the go nonstop, doing all the fun parks and 4-year old level rides (we rode Dumbo about 6x, and I am not complaining), and eating lots of yummy food. I didn’t do any yoga, my meals were all over the place, and I ate a ton of chocolate.

You’ve probably noticed by now that I’ve been focusing a lot on energy and vibrations in recent blog posts and social media posts. When I “cleared the air” recently here, about what’s been on my mind, it made me realize that this blog post needed to quickly follow up. I want to make sure we are on the same page!
So today we are going to talk about the Law of Attraction (LoA), what it is exactly, my understanding of it, how it came to be a part of my life, and what this means for you. I would also like to clear up any misconceptions about the LoA… because I know there are a lot out there.

Alignment before Action
I am a former obsessive action taker. Over-achiever. Over-doer.
What does that mean? It means that I am really good with taking action, making things happen, and so forth. I truly cannot sleep or chill until I bring my visions to life…
